Brent Talking Therapies Service is part of the national 'NHS Talking Therapies for Anxiety and Depression' service, provided by Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. It provides a range of talking therapies for people who feel anxious and worried or down and depressed in the borough of Brent.
If you think you might be anxious or depressed, then you can refer yourself by giving them a call, sending an email, or using online self-referral form.
Or if you prefer, you can ask us, your GP, or any health professional, about the service and they can refer you to Brent Talking Theray Service.
If English is not your first language they will provide interpreters, including British Sign Language interpreters for all your appointments.
You are eligible for this service if you live, work, study and/or are registered with a GP in the borough of Brent – to check where your GP is, use the service finder on NHS Choices, here.

As soon as you know you’re pregnant, please visit the following link to let the hospital know. That way, the hospital can get you booked onto their antenatal services.

Dietician:
Dietitians are health professionals who are experts in nutrition and the human diet. Dietitians blend scientific research, nutrition, behavioral science, and social science to promote health, prevent disease, and shape the dietary choices of healthy and sick people.
Our in house Dieticain can help you with improving your daily eating habits to change your life style.

Health and WellBeing Coach:
Health and wellbeing coaches support people to increase their ability to self-manage, motivation levels and commitment to change their lifestyle. They are experts in behaviour change and focus on improving health related outcomes by working with people to set personalised goals and change their behaviours.
Practice has a health and well being to support you. Please make an appointment with the reception team.
Pharmacist:
They advise other healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, on how to choose medicines and use them correctly. ensure that new medicines are safe to use with other medication. advise on dosage and suggest the most appropriate form of medication such as tablet, injection, ointment or inhaler.
They also can see patients with minor ailments and review your routine blood test results.
We also have a pharmacist who specilaises in diabetes.

Physiotherapist:
We have a in house physiotherapist who will be able to advise you if you have any common types of joint pains such as knee pain, elbow pain, hip pain, foot pain etc.
If you wish you can also Self-refer for treatment without seeing a GP or practice physiotherapist.
