Repeat Prescriptions

Requests for repeat prescriptions can be made in-person, fax or by post. For your ease, there is a ‘drop-in’ repeat prescription box in the waiting room.

Alternatively you can order online via the link at the top of this page. New users are required to complete a simple registration.

Kindly note that we do not take requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone.

Electronic Prescription Service (EPS)

EPS enables prescribers such as GP’s to send prescriptions electronically to a dispenser (such as a pharmacy) of the patient's choice. This makes the prescribing and dispensing process more efficient and convenient for patients and staff.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
