As part of improving patient access , the practice continues to offer:

  • Access to our practice via telephone/online and our reception is also open;
  • Face to face appointments based upon your assessment of clinical need following a discussion between the clinician and the patient
  • On-line access for a proportion of our  appointments;
  • E-consultation (or equivalent) platform,  during core hours Monday-Friday 08:00-18:30, and;
  • Information about our  services via our  practice website.

For  chronic diseases and related health problems, the "management " includes-

  1. offering consultation and, where appropriate, physical examination for the purposes of identifying the need, if any, for treatment or further investigation; and
  2. making available such treatment or further investigation as is necessary and appropriate, including the referral of the patient for other services under the Act and liaison with other health care professionals involved in the patient’s treatment and care.

With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.

EPS 4 Phase:

We are upgrading to the next phase of the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) which will mean that almost all our prescriptions will be processed electronically .

Electronic prescriptions help save the NHS money.

You will receive your prescriptions in the same way as you do now.

Integrated Care Record

Your integrated care record will include test results, medications, allergies and social health and wellbeing information relevant to your care.

Your information will be shared with other professionals treating you, such as hospitals, social care services and mental health and community care.

The information will be protected by Data Protection Act 1998.

You have the choice to share your integrated care record and who can see it.

If you do not wish to share the information, please inform the Reception in writing. We will then update your records to reflect that you have chosen to 'opt- out' of sharing your integrated care record.

New Registrations

We are accepting new patients at present. However, due to the safety , we advise you to do it online. Patient Participation Group

We are inviting our patients to join our patient partiipation group.

The purpose of the PPG is to promote the benefits of the patients of the practice without discrimination or prejudice. It helps us to conduct surveys and research to establish what matters to patients.

If you are interested in joining, please speak to the Reception Team.

SMS Messages

We now have the facility to remind you of your  appointment and inform about blood test results by sending you a text message. if you do  not wish to get reminders or call us on your given contact number, please let the reception team know.

Phlebotomy Clinic

 From May 2017, the practice is running a phlebotomy clinic for our own registered patients. This is done by appointment and initiated by the clinician.
